Arrival & Departure Policy
Check in & check out time is 12 noon. Early check in & late checkout is subject to availability only with the permission of the manager or it is chargeable as per hotel tariff.

Cancellation Policy
FIT room reservation must be cancelled 48 hrs. prior to the planned arrival. Group reservation must be cancelled 7 days prior to the planned arrival. One night stay will be levied for cancellation received up to 2 days prior to arrival. Full stay will be levied for cancellation received within 24 hours prior to arrival. No show will be charged 100% for the full stay as per booking

Child Policy
One child under 10 years of age can stay in the parent's room without being charged but meals will be charged.
For single parents travelling with up to 2 children under the age of 10, single occupancy will be charged. If any of the child is above 10 will be charged double occupancy tariff.
Meals are chargeable for all the children above the age of 5 years.
